Belt Dagger Hanger Part?

Hey guys...

This came to me with a lot of belts, buckles, straps, and hangers...

Any idea what it is?

I believe it is for a chained SS or NSKK dagger. It clips through the slot in the pocket of a tunic. So the top of the chain hooks to one ring and the other ring Hooks to the clip in the tunic. You should be able to find some examples in the dagger forum.
