WH belt ( pig skin )

Hi,

I found this belt and I have a question :

this is a standard WH belt. However, it is made of pigskin. Is this a rarity or rather a common belt ?

First pigskin belt I recall seeing. I have owned several buckles with pigskin tabs. [emoji106]

I see dealers ask a lot for late war plastic and paper belts. I usually look at condition and markings on belts. I might pay a little extra for a pigskin belt just like I pay extra for a pigskin tab. I think I have a bayonet with a pigskin frog.

Where did you find it ?

I found this together with the breadbag in the attic of an old house in the vicinity of Gdansk. ( Poland )
