822/37 SS - opinions needed

For me looks like a good one first type of alu 822/37. I know that a few years ago nobody faked variant "without rope", but now? Please let me know what you think

Honestly, those pictures are absolutely not enough to provide you with a reliable answer. A "looks like", yes. An "Is", no.
You were correct when you wrote Type 2 "without rope" (following my own codification) was not faked to begin with, and even more correct when you introduced the concept of time. That was not few years ago but almost 20 years ago.
Already by 2005 cast fakes were to the point they were almost impossible to detect from photography or by their overall size. And pits, cast evidence and so on already gone. So the only thing I would be able to guarantee is that the one you submitted is not a fake made in the early years (before 2005) but this is it. Those pictures are honestly useless to provide any kind of further guarantee. How can we still take such bad pictures! Even my wife cellphone's camera is 100 times better!

Sarcastic but still dangerous (by the way Thank you for correcting my "2" typo mistake). Assuming it was not a fake just because no fake of this kind was ever reported is just playing with fire. Remember the cast 36/39's? They were sold as legit for 6 months based on the same concept. Cast 155/39's? How many of those people's here have seen? Maybe only one, the one I shown on this forum close than 20 years ago. I still have it. But if I have one, it has for sure plenty of brothers elsewhere.

You are right, the certainty of the buckle authenticity can only be certified with good photos or even better, with the buckle in your hand

Now I also think this is an original (or, if reproduction, they changed two specific details which were not on fakes in 2005 (last time I have been to shows to handle them) and not visible on previous pictures..
