Enlisted mans belt for opinions

I was wondering if I could get some opinions of this belt. It came with a Kriegsmarine buckle but I have never seen this type of stitching before. The hook part of the belt looks normal but the way the tab part is constructed with hidden stitching close to the edge of the belt sandwiched in between the leather is different than what I have seen in the past. Any thoughts on this belt?
