WH buckle for newbie

I am just starting with buckles now, so took a cheap one for starters. Is everything good and any thought on maker (as I see no mark)? Also possible value.

and welcome aboard rings collector

The buckle is original, but like for rings value depends on condition and this one appears ground dug so a very low value.
