SA or NSKK buckle ( RZM ) ?

    hi !

Is it good buckle or nice marking ,..or `one bad ` ?

The marker 28 is rare on this type of buckle ?

Paulmsnn and Crone. Great buckle. SA used both silver and gold colored buckles. NSKK used the silver ones. I have seen a silver one marked like this but this is brass one I recall seeing.[emoji106]

New question regarding buckle maker: how do you know if a maker is rare or common? By experience or is there a list of makers with rarity to complete the RZD doc Yellow sent me?

It looks as this 2005-list is simply copied from the list created by Clyde R. Davis, who made his list in 1975.

It is just a list, as with none of the manufacturers it actually is specified if they kept their permission until the end of the war. Many did not have a permission anymore.
And so the list has hardly any value.
Some samples for M4: nr.3 lost its permission August 30, 1939; nr. 8 lost it already October 14, 1935. And so I can continue with another thirty or more M4-manufacturers.
Paulmann & Crone lost its permission July 26, 1939 and since then they were not allowed to manufacturer buckles for nazi organizations.
