HJ/DJ Conversion Buckle & Belt Opinions...

    Hello All

Pictured below is an Assman HJ conversion Buckle and belt I recently purchased which I believe to be 100% original. Nonetheless, I would like the opinions of the forum as to its originality (just to make me feel all warm inside ). Chad Williams posted a similar Assman buckle on his HJ/DJ conversion thread on 3/21/05 (the characteristics of mine appear to match his). Thanks for your thoughts.
    Best Regards
    Mike

                    Super buckle and strap.

The Croupon stamp on the leather is essentially a declaration towards the high quality and which is always a pleasant bonus.

An early DJ by Assmann of course with a traditional conversion to HJ and with the the box being re-plated, as is often found.

As a matter of interest, attached is the same DJ (very heavily worn I am afraid), prior to conversion.

                    Regards,

                    David
