KM BUCKLE & BELT OPINIONS NEEDED...

    Hello All

This KM Buckle and belt is a recent purchase. I believe it to be 100% original (that is why I bought it) but would like the opinion of the forum as to its originality. Thank you for your thoughts.
    Best Regards
    Mike

The hook on the belt is marked with what looks like a "41" and a inspector stamp

Totally original and as you supposed.

                Indeed, a "text book" example.

The strap hook by the way shows the makers logo of a fir tree supported by S C, for Schmolle und Cie.

A highly desirable and high value item these days!

                Regards,

                David

Indeed a fine used example of a KM buckle and belt. They are getting really hard to find.

What instrument did you take the "circular" close up pictures with Mike....???

Thanks Dave and Marc for your comments.

Dave - I thought the makers logo (tree supported by the S and C) was an inspector stamp, similar to those found on German WW2 guns - Yes, I am still Learning

Marc - the close up shots are taken with the same camera, I just place a loop directly in front of the lens and snap the picture.

I also bought an Assman HJ conversion buckle and belt from the same guy (again, I believe it to be 100% good). I will post pictures of this item soon.

                    Again, thanks for the reassurance!
                    Mike
