I have had this buckle for about 20 years. It came with a bunch of Kreigsmarine patches and an overseas cap out of a Memphis estate. The attachment prongs on the eagle are in a different location than other ones I have seen and it seems the wreath is a little different to me. Your input would be highly appreciated.

It is probable just a manufactures variation. You see more three point attachments but there are original two point buckles. The wreaths and eagles vary by maker. If you go to the archives of eMedals you will find a bunch of different Luftwaffe officers buckles they have sold.
