Are you sure it is nickel over brass. I seem to remember my buckle is magnetic so it is nickel over steel. I will double check it.

This buckle is quite ordinary in design however, this is probably the rarest marking on a SA buckle - RZM 24 on the claws by Overhoff. There is one other that is known and belongs to, I believe, David North - probably the most prolific SA buckle collector world wide.

yes i know David .....

And yes i'm shure my buckle is Nickel over brass from earlyer manufacturing .

BTW interest my nickel over steel buckle with paper tag .

There it is declared as "Mess-vern." , means brass nickel plated ......but it is nickel over steel !
