Unmarked Overhoff SS buckle.

Hi.

To me it looks ok in some way but I do not have a good eye for SS buckles so could anyone confirm please? It was spray painted green. I removed it with acetone. When I stripped the paint first time I saw welding marks on the front. That was a turn off for me. But just saw one Overhoff here with a welding mark that was said to be ok.
