There is a stahlhelm Buckle with a helmet and a swastika in the center of the roundel and it is identical to this. I have read that these are fakes that were put together by a European dealer. The box my be original an the roundel was stamped with the swastika helmet insignia post war.

yes I saw this faked buckle with stahlhelm + svastika

and with little eagle like DLV ....

IMO this neutral is 100% original post war police buckle but was used to make fantasy buckles ..

anymore opinion ?

- the pre-internet age brought some very nice fantasy objects to the surface...and who can tell this has not been made before 45, even I don't think so, but can I prove it? No.
