SS belt buckle - "no damages"

Had to laugh when I saw this SS belt buckle on the estand.
Advertised as "no damages" even though it's totally missing it's prongs and most of it's prong bar.

What constitutes damage if it's not some of it missing due to rust?

Very nice belt buckle , tombak made , early ,no damages , vey good condition , maker is O&C ges.gesch. - Overhoff .
