Another two piece police buckle for opinion

Hi all
English Bob has posted a very nice Police Buckle being of two piece construction.
The features are very sharp as would be expected, looking at the one here that I own it seems to lack the sharpness in detail, what are your opinions on this buckle, is it a keeper or should it go in the bin?
