Forestry officers belt & buckle

Hi All
This one I am a little unfamiliar with, what are your thoughts with the buckle & green leather belt, this was the colour used with this buckle apparently.
Burnished buckle with no markings, green leather belt has been cut & reshaped at the end of the belt, no markings on this also.
Comments appreciated as always.

I have had these burnished National Forestry buckles on brown and green belts. The Brocade is only worn with the Silver or gold buckle. I have seen the silver buckle also used on leather belts.
