Belt buckle - Manufacturer?

Here is a nice buckle dated 1941 on the leather strap and 1940 on the buckle. Is that the manufacturer's stamp on the buckle? Schmalz & Oomp?

Actually IMO, a tough buckle to find with this mm on both buckle and tab. Good score
