Overhoff Heer Buckle for review

A good buckle and it looks like the remains of a late war blue black finish. Most of these Late War Overhoff buckles were unmarked. I remember JP posting a SS buckle with the same mark. Only one I have ever seen. It was most likely stamped by mistake.
