Opinion of this SS NCO buckle

Hello I was aware than this SS buckle can be a post-war copy. What do you think?

    Description:
Natural aluminum construction, (Circa 1936-1940). The reverse of the buckle is well marked with the embossed "RZM" logo, and "SS" runes flanking the manufacturer’s contract code number and date, "822/38". The RZM logo has dual circular borders while and SS runes have a single circular border.

    Best, George

            Hello George,

see red edited areas, what you see it's not corrosion but casting flaws.

In addition overall gray appearance tell all

Thanks for your help. Have you got some aluminum example with corrosion to compare it? You know my mail if you prefer it.
