looks like the solid nickle type as i had guessed to match the nickle buckle.

I always thinks that pebbled SA in nickle was NSFK and not NSKK

but if its a real set...

A lot of books says these are NSFK but I don’t know of any proof. Photos of NSKK Motor School men wearing these pebbled buckles exist. You might want to take a close look under the prong bar. One of my buckles is poorly marked RZM 50.
