Legion Condor buckle?

Can you help me find out the originality of this buckle, whether it refers to the legion condor.
And what times is it?
The buckle is magnetized

I've seen many of these on the market attributed to Legion Condor. However, I believe elements of the E. German armed forces or paramilitary units also used a buckle of this design.
