O & C SS EM Buckle

Buckle that just came in with a grouping, It looks really CLEAN ???
45mm tall 61mm wide, weighs 42.5 grams or 1.5 oz.
Can some one tell me if it is correct, I would really appreciate the help.

it is original and looks to have some of the finish factory finish intact on the front from the picture

The Raised lettering and font threw me off.
O&C sure has a lot of variants, it is hard to keep up with.
