HJ belt buckle help needed

Belt buckles are not my area of collecting; that being said I would like some opinions on this one that I have had for many years. I did a search on here and found one like it (same MM 4/30) but the MM on mine is in a different spot … it looks to be made of steel with nickel or chrome plating . All help is appreciated.
