    Unissued army buckle ESL 43

    May I please get opinions and comments on this buckle and the maker. The buckle appears unissued and has almost no wear except storage? At least it appears that way to me. Dark green I suppose but looks more black.

          Unissued army buckle ESL 43

          Late war blue-black finish. Lots of companies started using this finish.
          For different companies. JFS, Overhoff, RODO and another.
