Hello I'd like to show and get some opinions on this jfs marked green painted buckle, I'd this an original piece? Also who used a color such as this? All opinions welcome, thank you!

JFS marked buckle for review
Original buckle. The color is normal for JFS in 41 and 42. Most likely a Heer buckle could also be Costal Artillery but without a KM marked tab there is no proof.
