From these pics I don't see the flaws indicative of fake 822/37s, but better pics of the mark and catch area of course would help.

That being said, first glance and gut feeling is that it is OK.

More qualified expert opinions of course are warranted, but if original, I wouldn't recommend getting into it for more than $275 due to the condition.
