    Early Luftwaffe Buckle?

    Hi,

    Was hoping to get some help on the authenticity of this buckle, and if it's authentic, what maker is it?

    P.s. It's very lightweight so I'm assuming it's made from aluminum?

        Buckle is O.K.
        it's indeed made of aluminum
        droptail 1st model,with crank catch

          Probably made by Assmann.

              The LW 1st type crank catch like your is usually associated to Assmann, instead the other version with "small head" eagle and more "rounded" catch edge is associated to Sieper.
