SS officers buckle information needed

I've been offered this buckle at a really good price. I like what I see but I'm not 100% sure. The main concern for me is the angled SS runes.

What do you think.

Thanks Ric. I was on the fence and was not 100% convinced that it was an original piece. I seen three on the data base here and one looked very close to this one and the other two were way off in comparison especially the markings. I think I will add this one to the Data Base on this forum for future reference.
