Opinions on Kriegsmarine buckle

I have here a Kriegsmarine buckle with belt. The buckle is of steel with a leather tab. On the leather tab stays: Arld Heinrich Neurenberg 1940 and the KM stamp.
It looks oke, but what do you think?

Hi Marc,

That is bad news I will try to give it back to the person from whom I sold it.
The buckle could be bras. I will try to take some better pictures. Marc, I thank you for your opinion. Now, I will contact the person who sold it to me. I keep you informed.

Can you tell me what the give away points are? So, I can tell the seller these points.
