Officers buckle

Guys could you please give me your opinion about this officers buckle ?

Looks like it is a zinc buckle and that is a good sign. The ones on brocades are usually aluminum. The one I have and most of the buckles I have seen attached to web belt were zinc . Get some more opinions but it looks OK.

Missing the attachment system in painted green zinc , not easy to get ...
Simple Zinc is easier to find .
