Was the belt and and cross strap he was wearing in this picture ever recovered?

I don't see any difference between Hitlers belt and the others. I doubt that they were marked in a special way. IMO he only had a different brocade.

Check out the Hitler collection on Gottlieb's site. He has a Hitler tunic with a belt and cross strap. Not sure if the belt was part of the original collection. There is a 50 page PDF of the documentation if you have the time. I believe it should be just a high quality belt and cross strap with nothing special to ID It to Hitler.
