Imperial brass buckle GOOD or BAD

Hi fellow collectors, I need Your opinion on this buckle. I have bought it from my friend but when in hands I have doubts. Now we both need Your help to solve our little problem. Please help !!!

Any buckle with three solder holes in a row is fake.
