SS EM 1939 dated Belt & RZM Marked Buckle - opinions welcome

Marked “RZM 155/40 SS” on the back of the buckle. Leather belt is maker marked “MAX FICKER & SOHN REMSE” and dated 1939. Belt measures 37 ½” long. Opinions welcome. Thank you!
