N.S.J.V. Buckle

I've had this buckle for about 20 years now, it was one of the first I ever got. I remember thinking it was a nice looking buckle, but a shame it didn't have a swastika on it!!! well I was only young.. Anyway I believe it to be for the National Socialist Youth Flanders (National Socialistiche Jeugd Vlaanderen).
I'm trying to assertain how rare this buckle is, what its current value is and if anyone has additional info on it.. all help gratefully received.

You're right, it's from the Flemish NSJV.
I'd say rare but not super rare.

Thanks, Any idea of value?? Was it worn with an HJ type uniform and what date?

Hi David,
Here's a picture. I know it's difficult to see but it's your kind of buckle they are wearing. Yes, it was a HJ kind of uniform (also the hj dagger).
I think appearance of the buckle was before 1941.
There were originally several youth organisations who were regrouped in the summer of 1941 as NSJV. (hope i'm correct, didn't check the references)
