    This one is a tad unusual by the colour and finish, rather than the rune per se. Appears to be brass with a nickle silver plate, although the base to the box with a grey anodised type finish and displaying a highlighted bright nickle rune.

              Thanks for posting the period photograph - great!

              Hope that you have fully recovered from your illness.

              A query about construction.

              Attached are images of two DJ's with an almost vertical sig rune and where the horizontal edge of the rune, nearly touches the edge of the box. One is traditionally stamped, although the other appears to have the rune seperately applied.

              How was this done?
