Unmarked SS EM buckle & belt

Hello everyone,

Bought this SS enlisted man belt today, came with a bunch of other items from a veteran estate in Finland, seller told that these were war trophies and bring backs from lapland war.

Buckle looks real to me, and should be since the other items were and the source was quite reliable, the buckle is made from steel and reacts to magnets.

thoughts? and by the way, is there anyway to recognize the maker without the correct marks?

i would also like to ask if anyone has a clue about the markings on the belt, it has JR 15 stamped on it and also BAPTIST FROSCH MILITAREFFEKTEN FRANKFURT and below that may read SAUERLAND? the first letters are not visible, only ERLAND remains.
