Weimer Belt Buckle & DAK Belt

I found this 1928 dated leather tab on a Weimer era buckle mounted on what appears to be a DAK enlisted man's belt today.

Are the (non-maker) markings (I over ST. II) on the leather tab Weimer era Police or Army markings?

Looks as if the end of the belt was repaired. Steel male clasp on the end.

There is a ink stamp on the reverse of the belt but I can't make it out.

    Legit or not?

Two nice items that shouldn't really be matched up.

        BTW...The maker's mark on the buckle's leather tab reads 1928 * G. H. Osang * Dresden.

Nothing on the buckle that I can see.

Marking on buckle leather tab St. II. IMO most likely means 2. stab.
