WH buckle with unknown unit mark

Hello,
just saw a WH buckle which has a unit stamp "Gr. L. St. A. II". Anyone here who could tell which unit this abbreviation stands for?

Im not very good in the solving of WH regimental markings meaning, but i will give a tray: Gruppe Landwehr Stab 2. Abteilung

Thanks for the idea. But I think Landwehr is not a term which was still in use in the 1930ies. But St for Stab could be.
