Great looking buckle. I wouldn't consider it late war. 42 was the last year for tabs with a few rare exceptions. These are often called Italian type because the web material looks like the same type used by the Italians.

Dear collectors
I'm pointing out a situation I got regarding the buckle and owner that started the thread.
I agreeded on a sale of a tropical buckle with this guy, after he started a thread.
I sent the money wth IBAN,
and he confirmed that money arrived and he had to mail the buckle.
I asked to get its tracking number, but I never got it
As of today
after more than 1 month I sent the payment, package has not arrived yet.
During this time
I emailled him asking for explanation , but he didn't reply to my emails
anymore for days.
Finally he replied that he was on vacation and he said that his server didn't send his emails to mine due internet problems.
It may be true, it happened in the past yet.
So I waited for one more week for his return and later
I tried to contact him through PMs on WAF,
but
I did'nt receive any replay recently.
I do not know what happened,
so what could I do ?
Any german collector who lives in his area or who knows this guy,
that may try to contact him and ask for an explanation to this situation?
If you have a council, it would be great to me.

PPGG and anmarlodz, can you contact the moderators of the buckle forum about this topic ?
I thinkt hat you need both to 1) inform your bank (you all paid with a bank transfer) and 2) make a lawsuit at your local police ?
Can you also contact each other, to get your personal infos, than you can include in your lawsuit. Also after going to the police, please provide the other collector with infos on your lawsuit (which police station, what is the number of the lawsuit etc, what is the email of the officer that will deal with the lawsuit), so each police service may contact - if needed - the other one ?
NOTA : in the case where Weserübung is coming back to life, i advice you to :
refund ALL the collectors (or more) that you tricked.
I think that now no collector is interested in your buckle, the collectors wants their money back.
You connected on the WAF on October 13, so you have ONE week to refund every collector you lied to.
It will takes less than ONE week to send back the money you had.

I too, the same situation as Lorenzo.
I paid for the same buckle, I did not receive it and this guy does not respond to my e-mail.
If there are others with the same problem with this collector, please I beg them to report publicly on this forum.
What do you recommend?

If I understand well 3 buyers sent money for the exact same buckle ?
If so we are dealing with a crook and there's nothing to do, just to avoid him in the future.
