Is this ss buckle good or bad

Hi everyone ,

I have just picked up a small collection of more common items with the majority all being good original stuff,
Amongst it was this RZM 155/40 SS buckle. Can anyone confirm if i have touched lucky (which rarely happens) or if its a bad one.
