Luft Officers Buckle Thoughts

Greetings! I have read that the eagles wings should never touch the wreath and notced that these wings are so very close. I have seen wings that are much further away like here for example:

I also noticed the eagle on this one is attached with only one rivet, where many have stated it should be attached with 2 rivets or more even.....

What do you guys think about this buckle?
