WW2 Police Buckle, Repaired. Thoughts?

It is a 2 piece buckle. The front piece has been glued on since 3 out of the 4 prongs have broken off. My question is, is the frame of the buckle original to the front piece, or did it belong to a heer, luftwaffe, or other branch buckle? Thanks in advance!

The box is going to be identical depending upon the manufacture. No way of knowing when the Police center piece was added. I have owned several different branches with the the 4 tab part made of a different material.
