DLV buckle - original?

I need some help about these one DLV buckle.
It is original? (1. type - made from steel?)
If is original - who is producer?

Is the buckle magnetic? The chest area of the eagle is strange. I have seen similar eagles but not in the center area.

In the various catalogs I own, I cannot find any indication for iron buckles. Practically always Leichtmetall.
Since April 1937 the DLV was disbanded and so there was not further need for this type, as the NSFK did not wear such type of buckle.

The quality of the reverse is extremely lousy!
