Veteran Organization Belt Buckle for Review

Can you guys take a look at this one for me? I know there are many variations of these though I cant make up my mind on it. It looks like the catch has been repaired (quite well, not sure if it is period or not) and I believe those are stress marks to the sides? It is also maker marked RZM M4/24.
