You seldom ever see one of these. I looked at a couple at the Hermann Historica table at the SOS,a few years ago and one recently sold at a EMedals auction. I like this one better than those three. These are tough to be 100% sure of but it is a great looking buckle.

Hello. This buckle is 100% original. She was found in Koenigsberg, here is how it looked, and I had her carefully restored. Thank you.

Nice restoration. Is the prong bar a replacement?it looks to good to have been the the ground for 70 years. I wouldn't mind have it in my collection.

Thanks for the compliment. Yes, had to replace prong bar. This is also the original with the other HJ buckle.

              Very interesting!

Personally I dont like restorations, I let always buckles as I found them, but it's a very interesting piece indeed

You may be right, but this is a very rare buckle and I allowed myself to bring her back to life.

As a general rule I don't like restorations but as a filler till a better one comes along I like this one.

Thanks friends. I don't like restored, but here I decided that this is not the case. And to find the original is almost impossible.
On eMedals I also did not like the buckle.
