It is well made but it is a fake. These hit the market about 20 years ago and you see lots of them.

I agree, this has okay detail but the markings on back are awful IMO along with like was said previously, these are known reproductions.

Every HJ leaders I have come across has been marked M4/24 or M4/119 and the 119's have a very different construction. The reference books list some other makers but I haven't ever seen one.
