This is stamped on the leather tongue. 2./ A.R. 76 II. Am I correct in saying this would be 2nd battery of Artillery Regiment 76 II ? This is what I found on this link below. Can't read German but your help would be appreciated. I don't have the Buckle in hand yet, will post photos later.
