HJ Buckle RZM 4/44 for review

Hi,

This HJ buckle appeared in the grouping of Imperial and TR awards.

I would like to hear your opinion, as this is not my field of collecting.

HJ Buckle is made from Aluminium, looks heavily worn and is marked RZM M 4/44 for company Paul Cramer & Co., Lüdenscheid.
