Last two pictures. There seems to be a name written on the backside of the belt also, but it's barely legible.

Nice C Theodor Dicke buckle, The stamp on the belt is 8 37 B.A. Fü. : Beschaffungs Amt Fürth or procurement Office in the city of Fürth, August 1937, a marking associated with RAD units

The belt and buckle have been married to each other for a very long time. Is it possible this combination saw wartime service as shown?

Lastly, do you have any idea what the ink stamped/stenciled numerals mean?

Who knows when they were matched togeather. It would be better to have a RAD buckle with about the same wear. Still a nice buckle and a nice belt just not a matched set.
