I am not an expert in DJ buckles but this would be a first for me to see a Steinhauer & Luck DJ buckle. This stamp is much different than the SS buckle RZM 63 stamp. I would expect to see a double ring around RZM and a ring around the 63. Might need Chad Williams to chime in as he is the resident DJ/HJ expert.
