Need help with this belt

Hello everyone, this is my first topic. I'm totally new in this collectors world. I was wondering about this belt. I never saw these 2 'pins' at the bottom of the picture, at the end of the belt. Could anyone give me advise? The total is priced about €50 for now, which is not very much if this is the original, for as far as i know.

Hello,
if you look closely the hook stiching is missing (no sewing thread)... I suppose the two pins are used to replace it and fix the hook. The belt was messed-up, stay away. IMO.
